That is some yummy tasting juice. I found it extremely easy to follow this diet – I drink the juice three times a day for two days – I LOVE directions like that. I was worried that I would get headaches  – but not the case at all – I felt great for the two days that I was on the diet – full of energy … Now the big question did I lose weight?? Yep!

Now I am a small person to begin with – 5’2 and petite so I did not want to lose 10 pounds – I was not expecting to – but I definitely lost a couple of pounds and felt great doing so.

This is not suppose to be the miracle diet – but a way to jump start a diet OR if you having something you want to look good for coming up and want to lose a few extra pounds.
