Are you on the fence about ShamWOW!? I have to say that I never took the commercials seriously and find it a little funny that some people seem outraged that the product doesn’t work as magically as it does on TV. Many people who have bought the ShamWOW! seem to be very content to throw the baby out with the bath water. The very expectations that help to sell the product seem to put a damper on consumer satisfaction.
Once you get past the disillusionment, the ShamWOW! proves to actually work really well. It’s very absorbent. It’s not a complete replacement of paper towels but it does most of the work. Even a soda spill on the carpet really does get fixed with a ShamWOW! and a little elbow grease. It’s just not nearly as easy as it looks on TV. It gets the job done and if you keep a couple in the garage, one in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, you will see a decrease in expenses on paper towels.
The ShamWOW! is machine washable which is essential, obviously, but it is not machine dryable. Wring that sucker out. A package comes with four small towels and four big towels and costs $20 which is a good price, but you have to pay S+H.
