I love their Pico De Gallo so I was excited to try this recipe
It was very easy to make and was spot on taste wise what is served at Chili’s. I did cut up the onions finer then you will get at Chili’s but that is because Mr.Savvy is not a huge onion fan
What You Need
4 Roma Tomatoes ( I take out the seeds of the tomatoes)
1 Teaspoon of finely cut up Jalapenos ( no seeds)
1 Tsp of Finely Chopped Cilantro
1/8 Cup of Lime Juice
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup Red Onion Chopped
What To Do
Mix all the ingredients and let mixture sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes then enjoy
Budget Savvy Diva’s Pico Do Gallo
Chili’s Pico De Gallo ( on top of the chicken
