This recipe cannot be easier – you really get a lot of bang for your effort ;) So get your crock pot ready for a simple, frugal; yummy recipe from Budget Savvy Diva.

What You Need

  • 3 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • .5 teaspoons  salt
  • Teaspoon of fresh or dry Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 Cup of grated Parmesan Cheese

What To Do

Wash Potatoes
Place potatoes,onions, and garlic into slow cooker and fill with water till it covers the potatoes completely.
Cook on high till potatoes are fork tender (3-4 hours).
Remove water.
Add salt, butter, pepper, rosemary and mix
Top with Parmesan Cheese and Enjoy!
