What You Need
- 3 lbs baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- .5 teaspoons salt
- Teaspoon of fresh or dry Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 Cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
What To Do

- 3 lbs baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 5 teaspoons salt
- Teaspoon of fresh or dry Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ Cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
- Wash Potatoes
- Place potatoes,onions, and garlic into slow cooker and fill with water till it covers the potatoes completely.
- Cook on high till potatoes are fork tender (3-4 hours).
- Remove water.
- Add salt, butter, pepper, rosemary and mix
- Top with Parmesan Cheese and Enjoy!
