I cannot count the times I have made baked fries – they are simple and a perfect side to almost every meal. I try and keep my recipes semi- healthy and this recipe is a great example. I traded in excess oil for flavor ( not a bad trade-off).
What You Need
- 3 large baking potato ( I used Russets)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
What to Do
Preheat oven at 450. Cut The Potatoes into Wedges
Next Add In and Mix – Olive Oil and Spices
Place potatoes on a greased cookie pan. Bake for 45 minutes
Top with Parmesan CheeseĀ and Enjoy!
