Made these yesterday! What a HUGE hit, and actually not bad for you. Normally we’d eat strawberry Cheesecake (More cheesecake less strawberry) this is more strawberry less cheesecake and ABSOULUTELY DELICIOUS

I’ve made these twice now, once with white chocolate and once with crushed nilla wafers on top. I preferred the ones with the nilla wafers, it made the strawberries lighter and acted as the “cheesecake crust.” If you like them with chocolate I would definitely recommend trying wafers! Thank you for the recipe!

OMG – I made these for a party my girlfriend was having and she is Glutin Free. Well my mom and I had a blast making these and we used Dark Chocklate to drizzel. Very easy, after filling before the drizzel I put them in the fridge to harden a bit… they were the hit of the party. Only problem I had was finding BIG strawberries being the end of the season…love this recipe!!!! Thanks
