What Do You Need
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- Lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
What To Do
Place all the ingredients in a mason jar ( or a jar that can close).
And SHAKE!!!
Shake until all components are mixed well.
Enjoy – You can refrigerate extra up to two weeks.
