Super fun to make and frugal too! Easy to freeze and reheat! This recipe makes about 30 pockets.

What You Need

Roll of Flaky Biscuits

Toppings ( Like pepperoni )

Pizza sauce

Mozzarella cheese

What To Do

Preheat oven to 400

Take each biscuit and separate each layer

Take two layers

and place 1 teaspoon of sauce + cheese and toppings ( if any)

Place the other biscuit layer over the one with all the toppings and press down around the outside – I used a fork.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each with a sprinkle of cheese ;)

Bake for 10 – 15 minutes ( until golden brown )

Enjoy!

If you wanted to freeze them, bake them first and reheat or freeze them uncooked? Thank you!

Either way — I freeze them after they are done. Just 45 seconds in the microwave and they are ready to eat

What kind of biscuits did you use? I tried the Grands kind and was unable to separate layers. I resorted to separating/tearing in half. They turned out good, but I still am curious about separating these layers……. Thanks

Use the type that say they are flaky – I have used a bunch of different brands

Thanks for the recipe. I just let my 4 year old make them.. Too full to completely close, but she was so excited to be cooking, so it does not matte what they look like.
