What You Need

Red Bell Pepper ( seeded and cut into rings )

Salt

Pepper

Egg

Shredded Cheese ( optional)

What To Do

Red Pepper Egg-In-A-Hole – Heat up a skillet with a small amount of oil. Place the ring on the skillet and let it cook for a minute. Break egg into the ring. Allow it to cook till white is mostly set. Season with a little salt and pepper. Flip and cook for one minute.

Wisk the egg in a small bowl – add pinch of salt and pepper and cheese. Place egg mixture into the ring. Allow the egg to almost fully cook then flip and cook for one minute.
