What You Need
1 Large Egg
2 – 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese, softened
¼ Cup of Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp. Freshly Grated Lemon Zest
4 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract
½ Cup of Sugar
9″ Wholly Wholesome Chocolate Pie Crust ( or another brand)
What To Do
Preheat over to 350
Beat sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla and grated lemon zest in a small bowl. Then add cream cheese – blend until well whipped.
Spread into crust and cook for 40 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes.
Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
Good for 2 days in the fridge.

Ha! Like that would last 2 days.
I have made one similar to this one, but not quite the same for over 10 years. I also add blueberries to the mixture and then top with melted chocolate. It is so yummy and my husband always asks for it for his birthday. I think it was one of the reasons he married me. LOL
