What You Need

Box of Lemon Cake Mix

1 Large Lemon

3 eggs

1/2 cup of Oil

3/4 Cup of Water

Cool whip

What To Do

Preheat oven as instructed on the box

Mix – lemon mix, water, eggs, oil, and water in a bowl. Add the juice and zest of 1/4 – 1/2 lemon

In a small bowl mix cool whip and zest from 1/2 lemon and juice of 1/4 lemon

Bake cake as instructed and frost with lemon cool whip
