What You Need

1/2 Cup of Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar

Juice from Half a Lime

1 clove of garlic minced

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

( this is enough for 1 to 2 steaks)

What To Do

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Place uncooked steak in marinade for at least 1 hour before cooking

My husband is Cuban, and loves lime as an ingredient. Im gonna have to make this for him.
