What You Need
- Canola oil cooking spray ( or canola oil )
- 1 cup of flour
- 3 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon- ground pepper
- 3 zucchini, ( medium), cut into sticks –16 per zucchini
- 2 egg , lightly beaten
What To Do
Preheat the oven to 425.
In a gallon baggie – combine – flour, cornmeal, salt,pepper, and garlic powder
Dip each zucchini stick into the egg. Shake in the bag to coat and place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper.
Drizzle a little oil on the fries
Bake for about 25 – 30 minutes. Flip the fries about 15 minutes in.

Do you think this would work with green beans? I love the crispy green beans from PF Changs and I am trying to find a cleanse approved replacement. Thanks!
