What You Need –

3 Eggs
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
2 Tablespoons of Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup of Milk
2 Teaspoon of Butter

What To Do

In a skillet on medium heat melt butter

In a bowl combine everything but the cheese. Now start whisking — it is KEY you keep whisking for at least 3 minutes. This is going to make the eggs SUPER fluffy.

Pour eggs on to the skillet. Let the eggs sit for 45 seconds – keep turning the eggs till they are cooked. Top with cheese

Enjoy!

I made this for a large family and tried to triple the recipe. I would recommend NOT tripling the butter. Other than that they were wonderful!
