What You Need

Garlic Powder

Red Pepper Flakes

1 pound of skinless chicken breast

onion powder

salt

pepper

cayenne pepper

Cheese Slices ( Cheddar or Mozzarella work best)

What To Do

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Take each chicken breast and cut it in half not all the way – just enough to make a pocket *the cheese has to go somewhere πŸ˜‰

Sprinkle red pepper flakes into the pocket part of each chicken breast. Stuff the pocket with cheese slices.

** Optional ** rub a little olive oil on the outside of each chicken breast.

Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, salt , and pepper on the outside of the chicken. The amount depends on how spicy you want the chicken to be.

Place chicken on parchment paper and bake till chicken is cooked — it took mine about 30 minutes to completely cook.

Enjoy!
