What You Need
2 Slices of White Bread
Butter
Smoked Cheddar Cheese * I love Tillamook Cheese
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
What To Do
Heat a medium size skillet on medium heat
Melt about 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet
Spread butter on each slice of bread on one side. Layer on slice with the cheddar cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and put both slices together — the butter should be on the outside
Once the butter in the skillet is melt and starts sizzling – Place sandwich onto the skillet — it is important to let the bread brown but not burn
Enjoy!

This is embarrassing, but I guess I’ve been making grilled cheese wrong…I’ve never put butter in the skillet until I tried this recipe (I usually only put it on the bread). I’m going to make grilled cheese like this from now on – it tastes amazing!
So, I loooooooooooove Grilled Cheeses… this one sounds Awesome & I looove Tillamook cheese. I made one the other night & instead of butter I used coconut oil… Yum… w/ Jalapeno Tillamook cheese… & wait for it…. Avacado… OMG… it was SO Good.
