What You Need

12 oz of fresh cranberries
1 cup of sugar
1 orange – you will need to zest and juice the orange ( it will be about 1/3 of a cup) in a 1 cup measuring cup. Fill the measuring cup with water till it reaches 1 cup.

What To Do

In a medium size saucepan – mix orange mixture and sugar together over medium heat. Let sugar dissolve – takes about a minute.

Add cranberries – let them sit for about 8 minute. Stir. Let sit for another 4 minutes. Stir until it becomes sauce consistency.

Enjoy! This can be canned or stored in the fridge ( 1 week) or freezer – 6 months.
