What You Need

8 pre-made brownies ( I used a box mix)

Powdered Unsweetened Cocoa

4 oz of Dark Chocolate Chips

1/4 cup of Dark Rum

What To Do

Crumble brownies in a medium size bowl. Pour rum over brownies. Let brownies sit for 1 minute.

Mix until the brownies become a paste. With a melon baller – make small bite size balls and place them on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place rum balls in the freezer for 30 minutes

Re-roll each ball so it is smooth. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl – melt chocolate.

Dip each ball into the melted chocolate – make sure each ball is completely covered with chocolate

sprinkle with cocoa
