What You Need

15 Wonton Wrappers

1 Cup of REAL Crab Meat drained if it comes from a can ( Cost me $3.50 for the can I bought)

1 Clove of Garlic, finely chopped

1 Green Onion, finely chopped

4 oz of low fat cream cheese

Olive Oil

1/2 tsp of pepper

What To Do

Preheat oven to 350

Over medium heat – heat a small amount of oil in a skillet – add garlic and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.

In a small bowl mix – crab meat, cooked garlic and green onions, cream cheese, and pepper.

Place 1 tablespoon of mix in a middle of a wonton wrapper

Fold wonton so all the corners meet in the middle  and secure edges with water ( just takes a couple drops)  and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet

brush with a little olive oil – and bake till golden brown – about 20 minutes

These babies were gone within 10 minutes when I made them for my family.
