Yesterday when I tried via the link in my Budget Savvy Diva email, it said the promotion had ended. Today I tried again when I saw the same offer posted on Facebook by BSD, and it worked. So far so good-of course I will have to wait for the survey to be awarded the card but this time it has worked so far.
