It won’t let me checkout, it just keeps refreshing the Payment info when I click “Proceed to Order Summary”. I found a set of earrings for 10 and with the credit they should be free.

I placed an order yesterday and was just sent an order cancellation notice this morning. Has anyone else experienced this yet?
@elizabeth same thing happened to me, pretty bad that they changed the rules on the coupon, probably not legal either, i email their cus. service and told them I won’t be shopping with them anymore
I also got the email that they cancelled my order because the code was for shoes not accessories
@ Allison and Elizabeth my order was cancelled too!! said it only applied to shoes, boots.
My order was canceled also. Their excuse was that the promo code was only supposed to be for shoes. No where did it say that, at least to my knowledge. I think they just realized they had a really good promo code floating around when they had offered free shipping with no minimum. Their own fault, not the customer’s.
