What You Need

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Medium Size Tortilla

Pizza Sauce

Toppings – I used mushrooms, green peppers and pepperoni

What To Do

Set toaster oven to highest setting.

Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds

Spread 2 – 3 Tablespoons of pizza sauce on the heated tortilla. Spread and small handful of mozzarella cheese. Add any toppings you would like

Do not go too crazy — you are going to have to roll it still πŸ™‚

Next wrap the tortilla up like a burrito – place on a microwave safe plate with seam side down and microwave the wrap for 30 seconds ( this will melt everything together and help everything stick inside like glue)

Transfer wrap to the toaster oven and cook for 3 minutes

Enjoy!
