If you are planning to send flowers for Valentine’s Day, FTD is currently offering No Service Fee when you order by Feb 12th and deliver on Feb 14th. I love sending flowers but hate paying the larger service fee, so this deal is GREAT!
May not be available in all areas, but for me the service fee came up as $0.00.
