What You Need
1 Package of Active Yeast
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
3.5 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Water
1 Egg
What To Do
In a large bowl – Combine yeast, 1 Teaspoon Sugar and 1/4 Cup Warm Water
Let it sit for 5 minutes — it should be foaming
Combine the remaining ingredients minus 2 cups of the flour ( I suggest using a mixer). Once the mixture is well combined slowly add the rest of the flour stir by hand.
Shape dough in loaf shape and place in greased slow cooker
Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours and bounces back to the touch.
