What You Need
1 Pound of Beef
Mild Cheddar Cheese – Cut into thin slices
6 Slider Buns
Seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Spread
1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
3 Tablespoons of Mustard – yellow
What To Do
Portion the hamburger meat into 6 patties. In a small bowl mix all the seasoning — there should be enough seasoning to do this recipe a couple times.
Sprinkle seasoning on each patty — be liberal
In a large skillet heat up a little oil ( optional) and place each patty on the skillet over medium heat
Toast burger buns
In a small bowl mix the ingredients for the spread
Use a teaspoon of spread on each bottom bun
Flip the burgers after a few minutes — place the cheese slices on each burger and place a lid on the skillet ( this will help melt the cheese)
After 2 minutes the cheese should be melted
Place burger in the bun and Enjoy!

Made these tonight for my in laws – they LOVED them so much!! Huge hit!! I made 12 sliders in all, only thing different I did was add mayo to the sauce mixture and less mustard. The kids (4 & 7) loved ‘em served with chips! Thank you Budget Saavy Diva!!!
You are welcome!!!!!
I’m making these right now excepts with big burgers and not sliders. The only thing I’ll change next time is MORE salt. I guess I just love my salt because I tasted the meat and had to add some more. >.<
I am usually light on salt because I try and limit sodium
