What You Need

1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix

4 eggs

1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup water

1 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Frosting

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

1/4 cup Heavy Cream

1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

What To Do

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9×13 pan

In a medium size mixing bowl – mix cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and sour cream – mix till smooth

In a small bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon together

Pour cake batter into the pan and top with brown sugar topping  – using a fork run it around the cake — you want to create swirls with the cake batter and brown sugar

Bake cake for 40 minutes

In a small bowl mix sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract – till smooth. Pour icing over HOT cake and allow cake to cool before you serve.
