What You Need
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups rice crispy cereal
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cup chocolate chips
What To Do
In a sauce pan, melt butter with brown sugar, honey, vanilla and peanut butter.
Add oats and crispy cereal to the mix
Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper – Spread the granola mixture into the pan and press it firmly ( this will help it keep its shape)
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top
Place the pan in the fridge for one hour
Cut into bar shapes
Enjoy!
