How to Best Freeze Bread
If you find yourself with way more bread than will get eaten before the best by date approaches, one thing you can do with it is freeze it.
If you have bread that is not already sliced, such as homemade bread, it works best if you slice the entire loaf before freezing as some people find it hard to slice bread after it has been thawed.
Just put the slices in a freezer bag and take out as much air as you can before sealing. Then leave on the counter to thaw when you are ready to eat it again.
