What You Need

6 Medium jalapenos

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of onion flakes

4 oz of Light Cream Cheese ( Room Temperature)

Crescent Rolls ( You will only use about 1/2 the roll )

Medium Cheddar Cheese Shredded

What To Do

Preheat the oven to 400

Take each triangle of the crescent roll and cut into half.

Cut each jalapeno lengthwise and removed seeds and pith ( use gloves since the seeds can cause irritation)

In a small bowl combine well – cream cheese, garlic powder and onion flakes.

Fill the jalapenos with the cream cheese mixture

Place each “filled jalapeno” in the middle of a crescent roll triangle that you cut and wrap the roll around the jalapeno ( if confused look at the finished product picture)

Sprinkle a little cheddar cheese on top of each roll and bake on a cookie sheet for 10 – 12 minutes ( it should be golden brown )
