Black Bean Hummas Recipe

What You Need

(15 oz) can black beans rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Optional – Avocado for garnish

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender – blend until VERY smooth ( you can add a little more oil)

Garnish with avocado if you want to

enjoy 🙂
