Quickly Chill Bottle of Wine
Here is a great tip if you need to quickly chill a bottle of wine. May come in handy during a summer party.
Use an ice bucket, tall plastic container or something taller than the bottle. Put a layer or ice on the bottom and sprinkle with salt. Put bottle in the container. Contine to layer salt and ice until it reaches the neck of the bottle then add water until it reaches the top ice level. Should be fully chilled in 10-15 minutes.
