Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1.5 cup blueberries – frozen or fresh
Topping
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4Β teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 – grease a 8×8 pan
Mix together – flour, salt, and baking powder
In a small bowl mix- oil, egg, milk
Add the “wet” mixture to the “dry mixture” once it is well combined fold in the blueberries and pour batter into the greased pan – note the batter will be thick
Topping – combine all the ingredients in a small bowl – then spread on top of the batter
Bake for about 45 minutes
