Ingredients
5 Eggs
Olive Oil
1/4 – 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Salt and Pepper
1 Can of Grand Rolls
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Optional – Any other ingredients you would like to eat in a breakfast sandwich – make sure they are fully cooked
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet set aside
Take each grand roll ( there should be eight) and flatten each one as much as possible.
In a skillet over medium heat – add a drizzle of olive oil wait one minute
During the minute – in a bowl crack each egg and whisk. Add egg to the hot oil. Keep the eggs moving until they are fully scrambled.
Add the rest of the filling ingredients like cheese – I added a healthy handful. Add garlic powder and add salt and pepper to taste
The filling is enough for 4 sandwich – scoop a 1/4 of the mixture on one of the rolls.ย Take another roll and place it on top of the filling
With your fingers squeeze the edges of the rolls together make sure to completely secure the edges because you do not want filling coming out when it is baking
Place the rolls in the oven for about 15 minutes – until the top of the rolls are golden brown.
These are great to freeze and reheat in the microwave
Enjoy!
