Deep Fried Cookie Dough Balls Recipe

Ingredients
1 tube of cookie dough
Vegetable Oil – Used For Frying
Powdered Sugar
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Bisquick

Directions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Take the cookie dough and form small balls. Place cookie dough balls on to the parchment paper. It will make about 18 balls
Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes – this will make the balls harden which will help when frying
Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan — make sure it is 350 degrees
In a bowl combine the milk and bisquick
Dip each cookie dough ball into the Bisquick mixture
Drop into the hot oil — it takes a minute or two to cook — make sure that the outside is golden brown
( Please note the dough will still be raw — this recipe is perfect for my fellow cooks who love eating raw cookie dough)
Place the cooked balls onto a paper towel so the excess grease will be soaked up
Sprinkle powdered sugar on each ball
Enjoy!
I really do not think this would work in the oven — unless you want a weird pancake chocolate chip cookie
