Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

3 Skinless Chicken Breasts – Cut into Small Pieces

Salt

Pepper

1.5 Cups of Corn Starch

3 Eggs – Lightly whisked

1/3 Cup of Milk

Canola Oil

1 Cup of Sugar

1/4 Cup of White Vinegar

1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tablespoons of soy sauce

1 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt

1/4 Cup of Ketchup

Directions
Preheat oven to 325
In a bowl mix eggs and milk
In a bowl combine corn starch, garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Heat about 1/4 of oil in a skillet. While the oil is heat dip chicken into the egg/milk mixture. Coat in the cornstarch
Brown chicken in the oil ( do not cook the chicken)
While the chicken is browning – in a mixing bowl combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar.
Pour some into a dipping dish
The rest of the sauce is placed in a lightly greased casserole dish. Add chicken – mix in the sauce
Bake for around 30 minutes. Turn chicken at the 15 minute mark
