Honey Sesame Crockpot Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 Pounds of Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
3/4 Cup of Honey
1/2 Cup of soy sauce
1/4 Cup of Ketchup
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves – Crushed
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
cornstarch
sesame seeds

Directions

Place chicken breasts in the crockpot ( set to low) – sprinkle salt and pepper on each

In a bowl combine the following – honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes – stir and pour over chicken

Cover and cook at 4 hours

Take out chicken and shred ( use 2 forks) and place aside

In a small bowl combine 4 teaspoons of cornstarch and 6 tablespoons of water together and place in the crockpot ( turn the crockpot off) – the cornstarch will make the sauce thicker

Pour sauce over your chicken and garnish with sesame seeds
