I am so excited for today recipe – not only is it SUPER cute and easy to make BUT it uses another one of my recipes 🙂

Yesterday I posted a recipe ( plus cooking video) – How To Make Cream Cheese Frosting – which is what I used in today’s recipe 🙂

How sweet would these treat be for the loved one’s in your life 🙂 They are easy to make in mass and it shows your skills in the kitchen ( especially if you decide to use my recipe for cream cheese frosting 🙂 )

Red Velvet Cupcakes In A Jar Recipe

This is not my normal background because I am doing this recipe at my apartment 🙂 Most of my recipes are done at my parents house ( they live about 10 minutes away) where my dad helps me bunches

I know some of y’all where confused not seeing my dad 🙂

You will not believe how easy this recipe is to make. First you have to get the right mason jars

These mason jars are the perfect size of the cupcakes ( no cutting required)

For the Valentine’s Sprinkles I used a mix – you can find the same mix HERE ( you can use any type of sprinkles if you want )

Red Velvet Cupcakes In A Jar Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Red Velvet Cake Mix ( PLUS ingredients on the box like oil and eggs)
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Valentine's Day Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Follow the steps as indicated on the red velvet cake box - you are going to pour the batter into cupcake liners - under fill each liner this will create the ideal cupcake shape for the jar
  2. Once the cupcakes are done baking place the cupcakes in the fridge to cool for 15 minutes ( perfect time to make the frosting )
  3. Take each jar and place 1 cupcake then a dollop of frosting then 1 more cupcake then more frosting and finish off with sprinkles
  4. Enjoy!
