Spicy Bean Salsa Recipe
This is ONE of my favorite salsa recipes EVER!!! It is spicy with a little sweetness
What I like best is that I can make the salsa the day ahead – just pop it in the fridge overnight and it is ready to go
You can enjoy it right away BUT it can keep for a while
I also love the fact how frugal this dish is — maybe $5
I know what you are thinking – Italian dressing…. yep ! I love to use it as a coating and add some spicy and sweetness to the dip
I forgot to add in the picture – cayenne pepper and one lime ( sorry about that )
I am warning you now — there is going to be LOT of dip — I think almost 4 cups – enough for a party
Look for the color in this Spicy Bean Salsa Recipe – it is just bursting of color – Sigh I wish I had some right now
This recipe is gluten -free — just make sure to check if the dressing you use is gluten free 😉
What is your favorite type of dip? I love the ones with tons of veggies ( though anything with cheese has a special place in my heart….always)
If you try and make the Spicy Bean Salsa Recipe pretty please let us know what you think 🙂
Love You Guys!
