Copy Cat Recipe – Chili’s Pico de Gallo

Make sure to REPIN this recipe

I have made this recipe countless times — I am a TOTAL Pico De Gallo type of girl – I am not a huge fan of salsa ( is anyone else like that ?)

I love the fact that this recipe makes a HUGE batch — and it gets better with time — seriously leave the de gallo in the fridge overnight and you can really taste the difference

If there was one recipe I would package and sell it would be this one — PLUS it is pretty darn close to the type of Pico De Gallo Chili makes

I did post this recipe years ago — and took the pictures with my camera phone ( what was I thinking 😉 )

I also make my guacamole recipe — love making this one – go HERE for the recipe

Not my best ingredient picture – but at least everything is there 🙂

To give your pico de gallo recipe some more flavor is cut up some garlic or add lime zest

How pretty does this look ?

Though it is a lot of chopping I still got the whole recipe done in under 10 minutes

I do suggest let the pico de gallo sit for about 30 minutes for all the flavors to marry
