These babies are better than fries – I could not stop eating them! They are naturally gluten free

My mom already told me to make them again this week for the family

I love the fact I was able to use rosemary from the garden – rosemary is my favorite herb ever — I pretty much like it with everything especially whole roasted chicken – use some lemon juice and rosemary and you are set

Can you tell I have not had lunch yet 😉

Herb-Roasted Potatoes Recipe

So I get this question a lot of the Hungarian Paprika – just use regular paprika – my brother has spent much time in Hungry and Russia so we tend to have some different variations of seasoning in the kitchen

I love the fact that you do not need any dairy OR wheat for this recipe

If you do not have fresh rosemary on hand you can used dried

Herb-Roasted Potatoes Recipe

:

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Pounds of Small Red Potatoes
  • ⅓ Cup of Oil
  • ½ Tsp of Salt
  • ¼ Tsp of Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Rosemary
  • ¼ Tsp of Pepper
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic - minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a casserole dish - 9x13 place oil and garlic
  3. Take each potato and cut in half - place in the oil
  4. Move the potatoes through the oil and place the white ( meat) part of the potato on the bottom
  5. Season the potatoes with all the ingredients left
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Flip potatoes and cook for 15 more minutes
  8. By having them cook down first the oil is soaked up and cooks the potato within - no need to parboil
