Fish Oil 2

It was easy to decide for 2016 to be the year that I start making an effort to turn to different solutions for most of my health needs in the coming year. A healthier immune

system and taking care of my heart are two of my biggest goals. I found Nature’s Truth and decided to give the products a try.

I went to my local Rite Aid to pick up some Nature’s Truth products – I found the products in the vitamin aisle.

Fish Oil

I picked up Fish Oil and Turmeric – I am so excited!

Fish Oil – the main thing it does is helps support a healthy heart.* What I love about the Nature’s Truth Fish Oil is that it comes with a lemon flavor to avoid that bad taste ( which I am really happy about)

I am most excited about trying the Turmeric – which is a  a spice commonly used in curries. But did you know it is a natural tonic that help support a healthy immune system. * It contains natural compounds known as curcuminoids which have strong antioxidant properties.*

For this tutorial I really wanted to show how you can store these Nature’s Truth products  in a fun and easy way. You know I am ALL about mason jars. I thought it would be fun to use mason jars in this project. You will need as many mason jars as there are Nature’s Truth products – so I got two. I also used 4 chalkboard labels and chalkboard pen.  Why I love using chalkboard labels is that you can use them again and again – just use a little water and the chalkboard pen ink will come off. Also the overall look is super shabby chic which I love.
