Everybody knows what a cheese fiend I am.  Eric is, too. He will put Litehouse blue cheese on just about anything. Fries, burgers, salads… the only thing I haven’t seen him do it on yet is fro-yo.  I better not give him the idea.  I partnered up with Simply Artisan Reserve™ Simple Seasons™ , because they are an award winning brand and I wanted to specifically use their feta cheese in one of my recipes.
