My OB told me that twin pregnancies are considered full term around 36 weeks meaning we are half way through this pregnancy! Also another biggie is that I am FINALLY caught up with my updates! Meaning all the pregnancy updates will finally be in real time! The biggie to happen this week was going to my first baby class with Eric. We both know nothing about babies – I have signed us up for a few classes to help gain some knowledge – for me tactile learning works better than reading.
The other thing I looked forward to this week is that we are only 2 weeks away for the 20 week ultrasound. I can tell when I am using the at home doppler that they are both moving up – both are about 1 inch under my belly button. Other big news of the week is at the end of week 18 I want to say I am starting to feel some movement. Right where both are located I feel small jabs – one time it felt like a kernel of corn popping.
I am feeling pretty good this week – morning sickness is still here and I am throwing up almost everyday. I have a feeling it is not going anywhere anytime soon. I have also started on my twin baby registry this week and started to plan my baby shower. My mom is hosting it but I am putting together some ideas of what I want.
