Technology is top of a lot of holiday wish lists.  It always is.  There are so many cool toys and ways to upgrade your home, especially this year, but how can technology better help you prepare for the holidays?  I know how important it is to have an up to date kitchen, because I make a lot of different things, but with Thanksgiving approaching and being the first year I am hosting it at my own home I am salivating over the things I can do with an LG 6.9cu.ft. Gas Self-Cleaning Freestanding Double Oven Range with Probake Convection, a compass and this thing which tells time.

Okay, I made up the compass, but it has a clock.  I can’t decide on a feature I love best with this thing.  18,500 BTU’s make preheating a cinch, but I really love the warming zone at 10,000 BTU’s to ensure that my sides and sauces stay warm while the turkey is finishing.  If I had to pick the coolest feature it would be that I can make multiple dishes at separate temperatures.  You can get the full list of features and attributes here.

Safety is important with the little ones so I love the auto shut off and door lock features, too.  This gorgeous oven is the best way to prep for the holidays.  An amazing compliment to that is the Instaview ™ feature on the door in door french door counter depth refrigerator.  Two knocks on the door illuminates the interior so you can see inside without opening.  If you have teenagers, or an indecisive husband ,that saves a lot of energy. What’s super cool is the Best Buy offer for an LG Kitchen Appliance Package.  You can save up to $600.  These updates are great, because they improve your efficiency in the kitchen and save energy, plus upgrading your kitchen appliances adds value to your home, so if you haven’t made the change in the last few years, now is a great time to do it, so you can crank out some amazing holiday meals and save money in the process.  Go to HERE for more information.
