Skinny Filled Shells

Ingredients
  • 15 Jumbo Shells Pasta - Cooked Slightly Underdone
  • ½ Cup of broccoli - cooked and chopped
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 Cup of Ricotta ( I made my own ricotta )
Instructions
  1. Feel free to add a sauce or butter to this recipe - I was trying to keep it as skinny and low sodium as I could.
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. In a medium size bowl mix broccoli, pepper, garlic powder, and ricotta
  4. Fill each shell with ricotta mixture and place in a oven safe casserole dish - I used 8x8 Pyrex dish
  5. Once all the shells are filled and placed in the dish - bake for about 10 minutes and enjoy
