The Best Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
  • 5 Egg Yolks - beaten
  • ½ Cup of Key Lime Juice ( Fresh or Bottled)
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk ( About 15 oz)
  • Whipped Cream Bottled
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a medium size bowl - combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust
  3. Bake for 15 minutes
  4. Cool for 1 hour - top with whipped cream - garnish with lime zest if you would like
  5. Enjoy!
