Caprese Bites

- 20 Grape Tomatoes
- 20 Mozzarella Balls
- 20 Fresh Basil Leaves
- ⅙ cup of oil
- ⅙ cup of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- toothpicks
- Take a toothpick - place basil, mozzarella, and tomato on the toothpick
- Do this 19 more times
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over "bites"
- In a small bowl combine oil and vinegar - drizzle over bites
- Enjoy! PLUS it is gluten - free :)
