Caprese Bites

Ingredients
  • 20 Grape Tomatoes
  • 20 Mozzarella Balls
  • 20 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • ⅙ cup of oil
  • ⅙ cup of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • toothpicks
Instructions
  1. Take a toothpick - place basil, mozzarella, and tomato on the toothpick
  2. Do this 19 more times
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over "bites"
  4. In a small bowl combine oil and vinegar - drizzle over bites
  5. Enjoy! PLUS it is gluten - free :)
