Black Bean Hummas Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • (15 oz) can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • 1½ tsp. minced garlic
  • Optional - Avocado for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender - blend until VERY smooth ( you can add a little more oil)
  2. Garnish with avocado if you want to
  3. enjoy :)
