Ingredients
  • 12 oz of Chocolate Chips
  • ⅓ Cup of Milk
  • ½ Cup of Powdered Sugar
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla
  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter
Instructions
  1. Using a double boiler combine chocolate, milk, butter, salt,and vanilla
  2. Heat, stirring to blend ingredients
  3. Slowly mix in powdered sugar
  4. Cool to spreading consistency
  5. Enjoy
