Cheesy Egg and Sausage Breakfast Bake
 
Ingredients
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Bell Peppers - Diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 Cups of Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 1 Package of Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 pan
  2. In a skillet over medium heat add the Johnsonville sausage. Cook for about 5 minutes
  3. In a bowl whisk the eggs add in the bell peppers and salt and pepper ( 1 teaspoon of each)
  4. Fold in the hashbrowns and Johnsonville sausage
  5. Add in 1 Cup of Cheddar cheese
  6. Pour mixture into the pan - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 - 40 minutes
  8. Enjoy
